About the previous post, whoever has posted,
I think he should first learn respecting the other people and then start posting comments.
About the article, I think Anirban has articulated his thoughts in very user readable way. I'm sure this will be of help to the people who are keen to do business with Americans.

Leave alone project management and dealing with directors and high level executives.
I face this situation everyday while defending my work. No doubt my work being useful to the company but I always loose the battle when it comes to answering my client about his business issues. Frankly I finally end up endorsing my clients point which is detrmental to the company.
This article is very useful for every employee in which ever level he is in as my boss is my biggest client.
